Blog/website

http://www.nalden.net/

One of the best designed blogs/websites around. Great navigation style and good for all kinds of inspiration.
Started out as a simple Dutch blog, but has found international success, so it´s written in English now.
The background design of the site changes everyday and can be downloaded as a desktop background.
The guy writes in magazines right now and does all kinds of stuff. He even
designs shirts with fashion brand Tenue de Nimes. Great, great inspiration.

Amazing horrorphotography

This photographer is called Joshua Hoffine. He actually makes everything that you see in the pictures himself, so nothing is done in Photoshop.

Genesis 3:4-5
The snake said to the woman, 'Surely you will not die! For God knows that on the day you eat from it, your eyes will be opened, and you will be like gods, knowing good and evil.'

The very very very lonely calorie.

Found this to be an interesting/funny perspective.

Bizarre fashion show?

Apparently, there were live performances over the weekend at the Ziegfeld Theater in Midtown Manhattan before screenings of the new film Amelia. Moviegoers certainly got their dollars worth.

I found this Axe campaign used media to its advantage.

"To complete this ad send Axe to 2345 after 9pm New Axe Day&Night. One is suitable for general audiences. The other one is not."

Though I'm not certain how realistic this is. Wouldn't the target rather look at more sexually explicit content online? I may be getting a head of myself... haha. Enjoy.

new everlast campaign, found it very interesting the way they only use typography to say so much.

you got to have brains, guts and heart to be an art director.

Good creative work is made through having brains, guts and heart’. 3 striking visuals on the theme of creativity for the advertising agency Publicis Conseil, Paris. The visuals, created for posters and postcards, work as a tryptich to decorate three large panels on the walls of the agency.

Art-director/Illustrator: Nicolas Ermakoff.
